If you are brand new to sewing, looking for a refresher, or are interested in something specific and would benefit from private instruction, this is the class for you!
We will tailor the class to your interests or project and you can even bring your own machine to learn how to get the most use out of your particular model.
For beginners we will spend 2.5 hours learning the ins and outs of the sewing machine, learn some the basic stitches and their uses, practice our stitches, and sew a small sewn project like a zip pouch, scrunchie, drawstring bag, or tote bag.
All materials are provided. Simply bring your sewing machine if you have one, or learn on our beginner friendly machines!
If you have a specific project in mind you can bring that in and we will teach you all you need to know to tackle it.
Available for small groups, add up to 4 friends for a sewing party.
This class is suitable for all ages, however we have found that children under 12 learn better in shorter classes. Please email us for more info or check online for kids/teens classes.
