Be ready to bop the next time Rock Around the Clock comes on the jukebox with Folkwear's fabulous sewing pattern for a 1950's outfit. Out easy-to-sew Circle Skirt can be appliqued with a poodle or alpine design (we've included instructions and designs for both) or you can design your own! The circle skirt is a great canvas for more than just a poodle, check out our blog post about using it to create a modern message skirt. 

Instructions are included for an easy-to-knit Cardigan Sweater designed by Deborah Newton with a choice of knit-in poodle or skier motifs to match the skirt.

Blouse pattern is sized from traditional Girls' size 4 to Misses' size 20. That's a youth chest/bust size from 23-32 (58-82cm) and an adult chest/bust size from 30.5-42 (77-107cm).  Girls skirt is sizes 4-14 and Women's Skirt is size by waist 24-34 (61-86cm).  Knitted sweaters are sized Girls' size 4 to Women's size 20.  

Now all you need are the bobby sox and saddle shoes. See you at the hop!

Suggested fabrics: For Skirt, felt (the traditional choice), cotton, rayon, wool gabardine, blends. For Blouse, light to medium-weight cotton, silk, rayon, blends.
