Xmas Tree Skirt

A holiday workshop with Liz Simpson

Date: Monday December 8th & 15th  6-9pm (two classes = 6hours) waitlist

Get into the holiday spirit this season by sewing up your own festive tree skirt! In this beginner sewing workshop, students will practice cutting and piecing, sewing a curve, stitching in the ditch, attaching trim and more!  

Supplies needed:
Main fabric (quilting cotton):  4 x 0.5m
Backing: 1.1m
1m of  ⅜” twill tape or ribbing
3.3metres trim (optional)

 

LOCATION: Empire Make Space 168 1/2 Ottawa St. N

Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner
