Welcome to our Kids Sewing Club Summer Sessions
Sewing club is on a pre-registered, stand-alone class basis, meaning you can sign up for all sessions or just the ones that fit your schedule and your child's interests.
Students will be introduced to the sewing machine and how it works, and in each class we will go over threading the machine and bobbin as a refresher or if they are new. We will be making a ambitious beginner project each week that will teach students how to cut fabric, use the machine, maintain proper seam allowance and tension, finishing edges using zigzag stitches or pinking shears, and using clips or pins to secure fabric.
All materials are provided
Skill Level: Beginner Kids Age 7-13
Instructor: Ariane Clark
