Holiday Sweater Upcycle Workshop! Friday December 5th

Please join us on Friday, December 5th, 2025 for a holiday sweater upcycling workshop! You will need to bring a garment of some sort, typically a sweater, shirt, hoodie, or vest, and you may also choose to bring other things as well, such as scraps of fabric, appliques, or other items when combined together speak to you with a festive nature.

Hosted by our resident costumer elf Michael Glidewell, at this workshop we will provide pieces of holiday fabric, ribbons, vintage buttons, glass and metallic beads, and embroidery thread that we will use to upcycle your piece. Michael will go over some simple hand sewing and embroidery techniques so that you have the skills necessary to complete the garment.

Some snacks will be provided to enhance the evening and help us all make merry!
