
Curved Piecing
A skill building workshop for quilting

Build your curved piecing confidence! Intentional pinning, some alignment tips, and a simple sewing machine modification make this Drunkard’s Path base block much easier to assemble.
Join us to learn all the tips and tricks and sew curves like a pro!
Supplies to bring with you:
2 to 4 Fat Quarters or quarter metre cuts of 100% cotton quilting fabric
Neutral thread
45mm rotary cutter with sharp blade
6 x 12” (or similar size) gridded acrylic rotary cutting ruler
6 x 24” gridded acrylic rotary cutting ruler (optional)
Fabric scissors and snips
Glue stick (office supply type)
Small “Post-It Notes” (dollar store kind are fine)
Sheet of quilter’s template plastic at least 8.5 x 11” or cheap, thin, flexible placemat
Mechanical pencil (office supply type)
Straight pins (I prefer ball-headed ones)
General sewing kit (things you like to have on hand while you sew)
