The Dolly Dress is the perfect throw on dress to feel confident, look cute, and be comfortable!
This garment features lots of ruffles, a full gathered skirt, a high bust line, and a simple yet, stunning neckline and collar!
Choose a bold, voluminous fabric for a statement spring dress or a muted tone and lighter weight for an easy piece to throw on and wear all weekend.

Experience level: Level 4 - Intermediate Garment, have sewn multiple simple garments. This level expands on garment sewing techniques and working with heavy, stretchy and slinky fabrics.
