We are SO excited to have Pattern Designer Candice (of @SewBakeMake and Staystich Patterns) in the studio to teach a special class with one of her own patterns!
The Jude Beanie is a classic winter sewing hat pattern that will keep you warm all season! It has a classic side fold over brim.
It uses very little fabric, so it’s a great scrap buster!
This pattern is designed to be extremely beginner friendly and approachable! It can be sewn on either a sewing machine or a serger.
The pattern includes sizes from Toddler to Adult XL.
Recommended Fabrics:
For this project you'll need approximately 3/4m or 3/4yd of either a soft rib knit fabric, french terry or stretchy sweater knits with at least 60% stretch (crossgrain). Using thicker fabrics will result in a super cozy hat -350gsm or higher will result in a hat weight very similar to a knitted hat.
