Our slouchy update of the traditional newsboy cap keeps you warm and comfy in style!  This sewing pattern has two versions -- with or without the bill.  An elastic inner band makes a comfortable fit. This easy to sew beret is fun and fashionable!

Suggested Fabrics:
Main Fabric:  Fleece fabric such as PolarTec 200, 300, or Windblock, or wool, or any other medium to heavy weight fabric.
Interfacing: Cordura or other heavy interfacing.

Fabric Requirements, 45 or 60 (115 or 150cm) wide:
Main Fabric:  3/8 yd (.34m)
Interfacing:  1/4 yd (.23m)

Notions: 
Thread, 2/3 yd (.61m) 1 belting elastic.
