Monet Jacket Pattern can be endless customised and really easy to sew.
Its low armholes, inspired by the kimonos of Japan, add to the comfort and style of the piece. Its bias binding finish means you can let your creativity take flight, playing with an endless combination of colours and materials. And we don’t do things by half measures either...the Monet Jacket comes with a choice of two different sleeve lengths for a formal or casual look depending on your preference.

Level 2 - Beginner/ with a little effort
You will learn to :
how to sew a biais
how to sew sleeves
Prerequisites: straight stitching
Sewing time : ~ 3h
You’ll need:
- Recommended fabrics: thick cotton, tweed, jacquard, quilted fabric,
thick jersey, denim, wool…
- Bobbins of assorted thread colours
- Bias binding, it will be visible - assorted or contrasting colours!
- Optionnel: a hook and eye or frog fastening
FABRIC MEASUREMENTS :
Good to know : A 1cm seam allowance and a 3cm hem allowance are included!
